Presales Specialist

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Presales Specialist with 3 to 5 years of expertise in presales, business development, or a related role. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to deliver impactful presentations, and the capability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Technical & Solution Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
  • Business Development Support: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities, qualify leads, and support the sales cycle.
  • Proposal & RFP/RFI Response Management: Assist in crafting compelling proposals, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and preparing sales documentation.
  • Market & Competitor Research: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Training & Product Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends, company offerings, and technological advancements to effectively communicate value propositions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in presales, business development, or a related role.
  • Communication: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and sustain strong client relationships.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze customer requirements and propose the best solutions.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive approach in identifying challenges and providing effective solutions.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to support sales objectives.
  • Technical Acumen: Basic understanding of the industry, products, and services being offered.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience working in IT, SaaS, or technology-based solutions is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software.
