Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Presales Specialist with 3 to 5 years of expertise in presales, business development, or a related role. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to deliver impactful presentations, and the capability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Technical & Solution Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
- Business Development Support: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities, qualify leads, and support the sales cycle.
- Proposal & RFP/RFI Response Management: Assist in crafting compelling proposals, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and preparing sales documentation.
- Market & Competitor Research: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Training & Product Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends, company offerings, and technological advancements to effectively communicate value propositions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in presales, business development, or a related role.
